Terms of service

These terms are a launch draft and require business and legal approval before Perkday is submitted for review.

Service

Two Way Street, LLC provides Perkday Rewards, an application that lets eligible Shopify merchants operate a points-based loyalty program for supported Shopify POS purchases. The first release supports USD stores using tax-exclusive pricing. Its published listing and in-app setup show the current features, limits, and prerequisites.

Merchant responsibilities

You must have authority to act for the Shopify store, configure reward rules accurately, train authorized staff, give customers any notices or terms required for your loyalty program, and use Perkday in compliance with applicable laws and Shopify's rules. You are responsible for reviewing balance adjustments, interrupted redemptions, exports, and customer requests made by your staff.

Plans and billing

Current prices, trial terms, and plan features appear in the designated Shopify App Store pricing area and Shopify's approval flow. Shopify processes app charges. Uninstalling the app stops new Perkday activity and initiates the retention process described in our privacy policy; Shopify's billing and refund rules continue to apply.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable and to reconcile supported Shopify events, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may change the service to maintain security, legal compliance, platform compatibility, or product quality. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate merchant-facing channels.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other merchants, submit unlawful or malicious material, use rewards to facilitate fraud, or attempt to access data that belongs to another shop. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect merchants, customers, Shopify, or the service.

Data and termination

Our privacy policy explains data handling, exports, deletion requests, and retention. You can stop using Perkday by uninstalling it through Shopify. Export any records you need before the uninstall-retention period ends.

Legal terms requiring final review

Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute resolution, governing law, and entity-specific notices will be added only after legal review. This draft must not be represented as the final agreement.
